Braeckman Modellbau looks back on more than 30 years of company history, shaped by passion, innovation, and the continuous commitment to delivering model aviation at the highest level.

The company was founded in 1992 by Alvin Braeckman, who started with a clear vision: to make high-quality components and selected brands from around the world accessible to ambitious model pilots. His first steps were taken as an importer of APC propellers from the USA – a beginning that laid the foundation for the later, continuously growing product range.

Over the years, valuable partnerships and exclusive distribution cooperations emerged, significantly shaping the reputation of Braeckman Modellbau within the European model aircraft community. Among these are collaborations with Christophe Paysant Le Roux / ZN Line, Ramtec Impeller Systems, Fly-Fan full-composite models (Ing. František Šustek), Precision Aerobatics, as well as numerous other premium manufacturers.

A particularly noteworthy milestone is the company’s role as the exclusive distributor of RC Skywing models for Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, and Switzerland. This partnership established Braeckman Modellbau as a reliable contact for high-quality aerobatic, scale, and 3D aircraft, strengthening its position in the European specialist trade.

In 2021, Alvin Braeckman handed over the business to Stefan Eitdorf, who continues the company’s tradition with the same passion and actively drives its development. Under his leadership, the product portfolio has been continuously expanded, now offering both modern innovations and proven classics.
